We had an awesome weekend with Trey and Mary! Here is a picture of Trey's catfish that he caught with a live bluegill for bait.

The weather was perfect, and Precious got just a little too much sun (as did I :). Friday, New Daddy and Trey caught a mess of bluegills, and we battered them in freshly ground cornmeal with lemon pepper and cajun spices. We ate the fried fillets with grits-- talk about a feast!! Everything tastes better outdoors, too, so we ate and snacked a lot! Good thing, because kayaking around a lake can really burn some calories!
