Kefir "Peach Cobbler" Smoothie

New Daddy has not, and probably will not join the kefir bandwagon with the rest of us.  For him, the probiotic knowledge hasn't trumped the sour, fizzy taste.  But for lunch with the kids today, I whipped up this yummy smoothie using all of the spices (and lemon juice) that I usually use to flavor a peach cobbler.

Peach slices- frozen, about a cup and a half
Milk Kefir (ours is full-fat, raw milk)- 3 cups
Splash of lemon juice- about a teaspoon
Grated nutmeg
Cinnamon
(I didn't add it, but I suspect ground ginger would be really awesome in this, too!)
3 Egg yolks from our sweet, pastured, non-soy-consuming hens
Maple syrup- about 1 tablespoon

Mix 'er all up and enjoy!
