Precious, AKA Super Girl (is this going to become her new nickname for my blog?) recently had a great Charlotte Mason/ Classical Conversations crossover experience. For a CC presentation, she narrated the story of "King Alfred and the Cakes" from James Baldwin's Fifty Famous Stories Retold.
She concluded with, "And that is why King Alfred wasn't so great, after all!" (Poor fellow, to receive such a judgment from a six year-old.)
Accomplished daughter... proud mommy who loves how CC fits in so well with CM.
