Why to support a local farmer

Guess which eggs are "organic, free range" from the store, and which ones are from my local farm with real free range hens. (Darker means more nutrient-dense.)

I Love This! Seeing the two compared side by side is so neat. And, as I'm sure you've noticed, the "real" eggs make baked good rise higher and have a better texture.
