I think we're almost there

Today, Precious was toddling diaperless around the house, as usual. I had to remind her to go to the potty once. That was it. All of the other times, I was immersed in some activity, only to turn around upon hearing a tinkling sound. Her reward each time: a handful of Target-brand Craisins. :D The only time she didn't go in the potty was this evening when we were outside after dinner watching a thunder storm blow in. She blessed the parched grass for us.

Are we almost there? (!!!!)

The rain was nice, too. I wish I had a camera that could have taken pictures of New Daddy running around the yard in the driving rain with a thrilled Precious on his shoulders. What a daddy!

Precious' bottom teeth have finally broken through, and this is her first night without Tylenol or cold medication in over a week.

P.S. Uncle B has posted his version of the Louisville/ Jeffersonville trip on his blog, complete with a lot more links than my post. And Spunky has a hilarious post on avoiding the heat wave in Michigan. That should warm you up a little, Alysa!

Abigail has done really good this week too! She made it all night last night without wetting her pull up!
