Fall is here!

Well, it is finally getting cool here, especially at night, and natural gas prices are supposed to be exorbitant. So, instead of turning on the heat, I put an extra blanket on our bed last night. And this morning, Precious was lovin' it! Here is a picture that I think every parent has of their child-- the blanket-over-the-head pose:

Oh, but she's so cute! What is so irresistible about a baby peeking out of a blanket, that we parents just can't help ourselves and we have to snap that picture??

This past weekend, New Daddy's parents made the trek to see everyone, and we had such a nice visit! Saturday night, we got to talking about the wonderful things the Lord has done (is doing!) for us, and the sweetest Presence dropped down into the room. One of Mimi's doctors still remembers her for the miracle that happened to her some fifteen years ago.

The kids had a great time playing together, and Precious tried out the walker. She was more on her knees than her feet, and it was so funny! But since we've come home, she is on her feet, and usually does a few laps around the coffee table every morning (with Mommy helping out in the steering-department).
